Why do we have to cut that many? Bobby and Mike H likely will be cut. JL3 likely will be traded. Besides that, I don't think we need to cut anyone else. Cutting them still incurs luxurious tax. We can put them into D-league instead and wait for trade opportunities.

 

Teams can only have 15 players on contract. Rockets currently have 20 players.

Where did this D-League idea suddenly come from?
