In watching the last 2 minutes of the Rockets / Mavericks game, I was watching our twin towers - Kelvin Cato and Jason Collier. Would you trade Collier to Philadelphia for the rights to Stanley Roberts? I know you are thinking that Roberts has been suspended indefinitely for drug test bust out by the league. I saw on the USA Today website yesterday that he is cleared to play and the 76'er's hold the rights to him. You are wondering if Roberts is too out of condition to play?? Look at Collier and reflect for a moment.... Who cares??? Roberts has only been out for 3 years.... If not Stanley Roberts, what about Bryant "big country"Reeves- released for medical - back problems by the Grizzlies. Even a sore back Reeves could keep up with Collier. Let Keith Jones fix him up. Any other trade ideas for Jason Collier???
No to trading him for Roberts. Jason Collier has very limited trading value but Roberts is out of shape.
why trade, we can just wait til the end of the season and let him walk and get some cap room, though not much, trading him, more than likely would force us to take in salary, not dump them. collier looks like he'll be out of the league in a couple of years anyways.
