    hhhmmm

    I've thought About this . . .
how much responsibility do the Mavericks have for this kid?

    HONESTLY?

Should they make sure he eats right?
Should they have assigned a 'NANNY' or something?

should they have sent him to a Shrink?

From a business aspect if they do that . . .
It's protecting an investment. . . if the
investment costs more than the up keep . .you dump it

    That is what they did.

my question is . . . .Where does LEON's RESPONSIBILITY Lie?

We all have had problems. . . we must learn
to move beyond them . . .in the 'REAL' world
    not high school . . no college .. . it's sink
    or swim.

    He made a decision.
He needs to learn to live with it.

    Does he deserve a second Chance . . .sure who doesn't. . .

Athletes get more second chances than most
    [Read Roy Tarpley, etc]
I wonder. .. if this does not feed into them
    not developing. . .

Alot of us .. we f*cked up . . We got fired
    We learned. . .
in these Cases. . They f*ck up. . . they get a second chanse
they do it again . . .get another chance. . .

It's the way of the world. . .
but I worry that we do more HARM to LEON
THE PERSON . . .than good.

ULTIMATELY . . . WE CANNOT LIVE HIS LIFE

If he gets his act together. . . why not help him out.

[I only wish we were so forgiving of alcoholics, drug atticts and maybe even our criminals]
