San Antonio is still one of the smallest markets compared to to Philadelphia or Houston or Dallas or many others. I’ve lived in Texas and California. I love Texas, grew up there- could easily live there again. Texas is growing fast …. But it has a long way to go to be like California. The wealth, infrastructure, education all are vastly better.
