    I'd love to witness a Triple Crown winner.


    I remember back in the 90s there was a stretch where horses won the first two legs, but lost the last one.

    I was actually just thinking about that today because I noticed that I was surprised upon hearing that a horse had won the first two legs. Back in those days, partially because I was naive about how tough it is to win the first two legs, I all but expected the Kentucky Derby winner to win the Preakness as well.
