What are you drinking to stay hydrated? At work I bounce between water and Gatorade. I have heard several people talk about Liquid IV. I've never tried it but they say they can notice a difference after drinking it.
I drink lots of water. I try to stay natural as much as possible. I've had liquid IV and it tasted sorta salty, prefer Gatorade if not getting water. Also drink tea most days, black coffee for caffeine when tired before a workout. Sometimes juice for fun. But mostly just water.
I drink a gallon of refrigerator filtered water a day in this thing. Comes in different colors. It’s a tank and you can drink from either the screw cap or the straw which flips up and down. Highly recommended. https://a.co/d/04q2R0Os
My grandmother has only drank coffee, tea and distilled water my entire life. No alcohol, no soda. She’s be 102 years old tomorrow.
I just fill up my 95 oz water bottle i bought from walmart with my RO sink filter in the morning, and drink that the whole day. Plus coffee.
Water and coconut water. Adding a pinch of salt to coconut water turns it into a perfect electrolyte drink. Coconut water contains just as much if not more potassium than traditional sports drinks. Every other thing that's supposed to hydrate contains **** I don't like (sugar, sweeteners, color, preservatives, etc). Here's a study comparing coconut water with sports drinks (spoiler: there's absolutely no difference): https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3293068/
Maybe? I think it's a mix of both. I have three grandparents who made it to at least 96, so fingers crossed. Grandpa died at 63 back in the 80's of mesothelioma after smoking for 40+ years and working in an asbestos factory for a couple of years as a kid.
Sour Apple Gatorade Zero and Titos. mostly Titos. Oh, lots of ice and a straw so I can look muy duro..
