One of the greatest men you've never heard of: Howard L. Terry. He's a man who's life should be celebrated by all. Aside from being a collegiate athlete, veteran and businessman, he's put over 2,000 worthy Texans through college (read: full scholarships) at UT, A&M, UH, Texas State, UTD, UTSA, and Tech. Many of these kids wouldn't have been able to go to college without his help. Moreover, his foundation is growing, funding more kids every year and expanding to other public schools as well. His work will continue to positively shape the Texas landscape for many years into the future. A great, great man who changed my life forever, a modern-day saint. May he rest in peace.
