Ok what is wrong with Ryan Bowen's release?

It looks like he's passing it, not shooting. Well if he makes them, im glad. But still ive seen a lot of weird releases (Shawn Marion). But this one is different.

I don't see any problems with that release. It's his left arm that looks awkward.
