I signed it. I agree that if both parents are good parents and aren't criminals or bad influences because of drugs and stuff that they should have equal visitation rights.
I have some from other states laws bookmarked on my computer at home. We are trying to get the law written into Texas. We will use other states bills to model our own (hopefully), but basically, we are just starting. I did track down the current laws in the US.US custody link Like I said...I think that things are just starting, and I see a tough fight ahead, but to answer your question, the details of the proposal have not been defined yet.
