    Perhaps you should hold off on buying that Android phone in case Google is required to remote kill the devices to settle this lawsuit.

    No, I've used Android in the past. But like Windows implementation of Java, Android is an unlicensed port which violates many patents held by Oracle. Google has an unfair advantage over the Java mobile platform, and this is being challenged.

    It is public knowledge that every Android device is capable of being remotely disabled by Google.

    Are you kidding me? Pretty sure every iPhone can be remotely killed too. HTC is suing Apple, DON'T BUY A IPHONE IT COULD BE REMOTELY KILLED!!!!!
