    not only did bryan abreu give up a 3 runs homerun, he challenged a pitch that was NO WHERE near the zone which results in astros no longer have any challenge left

    Joe's blind hope that he can still be the setup guy despite losing 4 mph on his fastball and not able to find the strike zone. Trying to "inspire confidence" in him and not believing what he's seeing with his own two eyes. The Joe Espada way.

    This entire coaching, training, conditioning, hitting, pitching, medical, nutritional staff has GOT TO GO.

    This game sucks! Hopeful through 5, crushed in the 6th and 8th.

    He needs to pitch the guys he’s not gonna rely on for long relief or saves the next 2 games… but probably will pitch Blubaugh (dumb move, he can give you at least 2 tomorrow or the next day)

    The likelihood of winning the game down 2 runs in the 8th is low. They are going to be a 6 man rotation, you can’t just hold back a guy in the bullpen for only up or down 5 runs. You will burn the rest of the pen out.
