Mr. Tilman's new Super Yacht has been completed

Top heavy and not close to enough ballast, apparently not even a little bit.

 

I was at an undisclosed location recently, and a yacht appeared on the horizon:




a friend was traveling with a yacht finder app, as one does, and ID'd it as Tillman's:

Reed was just in Italy.
