While there is nothing "free" about a lap dance that shoud have it protected under free speech.... it's about a poorly written law more then protecting a lap dance as free speech. The law prohibits any kind of "sexually exciting touching" for pay. Ok...so if you go to see a play and the actors touch eachother in an erotic manner as part of the play, that violates the law since people paid for the ticket to get in. I think that's where the argument about free speech is being made. The law needs to be re-written so it can't be applied outside of a strip club...
