No - Buddhists don’t worship Buddha. I don’t have a definitive answer for you concerning who does and does not get into heaven. What I can say is that even Revelations notes that the gate to heaven is always open. As someone that is more inline with the actual teachings of Christ and very early Christianity, I believe that heaven has many in it, and God has infinite mercy.
It depends on how one defines "worship". Buddhists revere Buddha in a manner that can be considered a form of worship or idolatry. Nobody enters God's Kingdom until they acknowledge and follow Jesus. That's what Jesus said. Muslims, atheists, Hindus, etc., will only enter the Kingdom after they acknowledge that Jesus is Lord. So, no, there won't be an Buddhists in Heaven, although I believe that every being that ever existed will be in our Father's Kingdom, which would include all Buddhists, Muslims, etc. All belief systems will perish, aside from what Jesus and his apostles taught.
