is tito playin over seas?

i read that tito is goin to play over seas this season and will not be on the rockets roster but thay will retain the rights to him can anyone shed some light on this cuz it frees up some spots on our roster

and are the rockets planning on resighning kevin willis he was a big part in griffin and catos play this year i hope they can manage to sign him reasonably cheap as a player coach
