Turner just needs to get the minutes. I'm not sold he'll be a superstar or anything like that but having guys like Iggy and Brand will take away from his growth along with Holiday. IMO, they should be trying to rebuild. As for Favors, folks need to give him time. He's 19 years old and he's really not getting the minutes he needs. Johnson isn't giving him a lot of minutes. Humphries has been playing majority of the minutes for NJ. Not to mention Outlaw has been playing minutes there as well. Hell, Troy Murphy isn't even getting minutes either.
