Good thread, guys. Personally, I think the ball has to be completely out of the player's hand before the shot clock expires for it to count. I still loved Landry's dunk, though
but if he'd missed the dunk and slammed it agains the rim, the shot clock would be reset, right? if that holds true, then having the ball partially - even just a smidget inside the rim counts it as good? tough one.
