Importing from iPod to Mac

I'm pretty sure this has been a thread already but I recently wiped my mac and all of the music I had on it so I was wondering if there were any programs(for free) that could help me transfer music/playlist/play count/ratings to my mac itunes?

I used TuneRanger for syncing libraries before, and I think it does that.
