    Reynolds was fired for harassment. Phillips did nothing illegal.

    Nope. He was harassing an ESPNews anchor (actually flirted with her ON AIR as well) and she filed a complaint.

    Anyway, Steve Phillips sucks so I'm glad they suspended him. Too bad he didn't get fired.

    Reynolds got fired for sexual harassment and got over a million dollars in a settlement from them.

    Way to go Steve for getting a good looking young chick like that, bad for putting your family at risk by sleeping with a psycho.

    He didn't do anything illegal but a consensual affair with an intern would get him fired from a majority of workplaces. Surprised ESPN didn't can him. The psycho should sue ESPN.
