Best for Houston to bring young players. Chandler and Dalembert are good for NY and Miami who are ready for contend now. But best for Houston to think long term and bring young player who can grow with team for years to come. So Jordan is second option, but I do not really like.

I'm with you. I think Gasol would be the perfect fit on the Rockets and based on the comments Heisley recently made it appears that he isn't interested in matching a high offer sheet if Gasol wants to leave. Which means a sign and trade is a very real possibility and the Rockets have more than enough assets to get it done. I would rather pay $14M a year for Gasol than pay $11M for Jordan or Chandler any day of the week.
