By all means, let's talk about right wing conspiracy theories that fit their political narrative.

I see no need to re-litigate either Fauci or the Wuhan lab leak theory. The right wing does not care what the facts are ... just the political narrative.

We might as well talk about Big Foot or Nessie.

I remember it was the first time i used instacart.
    And Mini Bar.

I got furloughed for two weeks out of all of it. I remember driving around with my papers saying I was an essential worker.
    Traffic to work was nonexistent.

The craziest thig was golfing and just having a flag and no hole cuz them corona germs must live in there.

In a science based world, one needs to have facts before one asserts a truth like "Wuhan lab leak". Of course, it also not a good look when there is no clear definition of "Wuhan lab leak" ... which allows the conspiracist any definition they want in any context they want.

NIH funding the lab is not the same as "lab leak."

The Google AI Overview says ...

Yes, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) provided grant funding through the New York-based nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China. [1, 2]

However, whether this specific research meets the technical definition of "gain-of-function" is a major subject of debate among scientists, lawmakers, and government agencies. [1, 2]

Fun fact: covid-19 does not appear to be the result of a "gain-of-function" experiment.

The Google AI Overview says ...

The majority of international virologists, evolutionary biologists, and public health agencies—including the National Institutes of Health and World Health Organization—conclude that the virus responsible for COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) likely emerged via natural spillover from animals to humans, rather than as the result of a deliberate "gain-of-function" experiment.

NIH funding the Wuhan Lab means exactly what in the context of covid-19?

You mentioned some rando's tweet about covid-19, which mentioned gain-of-function.

    Don't act so innocent.
