    Who will decide about Mobley status
    -He as a person
    -or the money offered by some other teams
    Is it his choice,or he is dependable from other team offer's who will exceed the Rockets offer.
    P.S. Is there a chance for him to stay in Houston at all, if a team like Toronto offer's him a deal starting at $5M.

    That status was decided when he signed his contract,after the two years passes he became a restricted FA.If toronto gives cuttino a 5mill offer sheet but he doesnt want it he just rejects it and sign with houston for less.
    What the restriction means is that the FA cant leave his team if no one offers him more than what his team is willing and able to pay.
