    If you put Shaq and Kobe under Van Grumpy's system with these SAME other players, the Rox would probably still perform as bad. :mad:

    This team will be rebuilt around YnT. When Rudy left, they probably didn't care if Van Grumpy was a good long term fit for Yao or asked Yao for any opinions. But next year, Les and CD will be rebuilt around YnT. :D
