Thompson is also much slower, less agile, and can't really jump.... it another way to say it, Thompson is a lot less athletic. Potentially not athletic enough to be an NBA guard, his lane agility drill was especially poor.

I like Thornton...I also like the 6'6" guard we picked up..... But I like JD Davison as well.... Unless there are some major moves incoming, I don't see the pathway to playing time for him in this coming season. Ime doesn't do well playing guards unless their name is Fred.
