Anyone else find it ironic that the guy who developed shows with actresses like Calista Flockheart and Susan Dey is using one of his own shows to attack pro-anorexia websites???
I like Boston Public. The show is fearless with their writing. It's a little extreme for high school (lol), but it's very interesting. I remember one about gangs...it really hit hard. I just hope this homeboy of mine saw it in DC. Anorexia is serious. I don't know anyone who has gone thru it, but I've read countless articles about the devestating effects of all the women who have it. I don't think the actresses have it. They're just thin. It's just their weight that drives girls and young women into it. Maybe that's why the producer was doing it.
