Barry Bonds just hit his 54th homer yesterday, and is on pace to hit 71, breaking Mark Mcgwire's record of 70. Bonds has 7 more home runs than Mcgwire had at the same point in his 1998 record breaking season. It's amazing considering the fact that Bonds has never hit more than 49 homers in a season before this season and he is 37 years old . So how many homers do you guys think Bonds will end up with? I'm thinking around 65.

I'd much rather Barry Bonds have the record than a steroid produced freak like McGwire.
