Great read Clutch. I'd also add a prediction that cap space (around MLE level) will be used to sign a veteran wing shooter ala Francisco Garcia, Carlos Delfino, etc. I think getting more shooters will be a priority, but will be shooters that don't mind coming off the bench. Would be funny if they re-sign Eric Gordon in this role, but I doubt it. I think they'll prefer someone that is more of a 3/4.

Joe Ingles, if he's healthy, would fit the mold of a Delfino type of veteran I could see them going after. Gallinari would be another, but again... can he even play? If either are healthy I would think they'd be high on the list.

    Great article, @Clutch.

Completely agree with 1 and 2. Hopefully they move on from the KPJ experiment or demote him to 6th man and bring in a real PG.

    SOFs aren't gonna like #3. :)

Great read clutch. Can we go back to 5 star threads? Looking forward to guessing Silas replacement, Googling draft picks and screaming louder and louder during the Lottery...

Prediction #5 will be that everyone will suddenly reveal themselves to be scouts that have spent years watching film, dissecting their advanced stats, and games on all 100 or so draft prospects this year.

Myself being one of them of course.... :D

    Surprise, I don't like no. 3.

Let's see what a new coach says.

Much appreciated insight Clutch! Agree wholeheartedly with 1 & 2 and could see 3 (especially as part of a move up if they fell in love with a late lottery prospect).

If we trade Sengun, we better get a great return. Not just draft compensation. I expect any trade that includes him to be for a star, or at least a borderline star.

Thanks @Clutch ! Do you have any favorite candidates you'd like to see as the next Rockets head coach?

As long as Silas is gone I can live with personnel changes listed but would like to see both KPJ and Sengun under a real head coach first with a plan to properly utilize both.

I think that's what he was getting at. If we trade for a star they're gonna want one of Sengun/Jabari/Jalen in addition to draft picks.

I would be surprised to see that big trade in the offseason. I presume the rockets want to see what the kids look like in year 3.
