Deron Williams to have surgery on both ankles Tuesday

    Footballers Mario Gomez and Bastian Schweinsteiger both had similar procedures done in the offseason, on one ankle each. It took each of them many months to return to form.

    Williams is going to have wait until after Rose is done with that wheelchair.

    considering the obvious risk of this move, our management (DM) is way too smart to let something like that allow him to pull the trigger on someone like Williams at this point.

    When your game is based on athleticism, it is. Battier is in the NBA because he is smart and takes good shots but he is slow as balls so its not like a surgery is going to slow him down any more than he already is.

    Most doctors would be hesitant to perform an immobilizing surgery on both legs at once. He's going to be so fat come October.
