Dallas's 57th pick Targuy Ngombo (traded to Portland) was listed as from Qatar born on July 18, 1989

I know David Kahn takes a lot of ****, but it's just funny that the allegedly incompeten GM got scammed by an African fraudster as if a Nigerian prince emailed Kahn about the secret prospect.
