Verse, sorry but you have no idea what you're talking about concerning Marion. Marion's easily worth the max. His shooting beyond 15 feet hasn't improved? How about these numbers? 99-00 3 pt % .182 00-01 3 pt % .256 01-02 3 pt % .393 I don't know about you, but a small forward who can get 20 points, 10 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 block, and shoot 40% from 3 pt range is damn good. Do you know of a single other small forward that can do that? That's alot better than anything Wally or Raef can get you (both of which you lumped Marion in the same category with).
This bolded statement just made the whole analytical consensus BS. Breakneck pace? We are close to last in league in fast break goals, aren't we? If anything, Steve rarely picks up the pace when crossing halfcourt.
