This case could have a pretty hilarious outcome as truth is generally a defense to libel. So this guy could eventually have a finding of the court that he is in fact a douchebag.
I didn't know you could publish a book with tons of people's pictures in it without their consent. This is the 2nd lawsuit for this guy... ...as much as the guy suing might be a douche, the author is just as much a douche in my books. Honestly, anybody who compiles pictures of douches and writes a book on the subject is definitely a douche.
This should be moved to the hangout. There is nothig of debate or controversy regarding douchebags. They are who we thought they were! ...and let'em of the hook!
You can take a picture of a celeb at a club or on the street or at the beach and you don't have to compensate them or seek permission. These people are out in public places and they are posing for pictures. More power to the guy for finding a way to profit off of these douches.
I'm dissapointed. I thought that the title was created by faos, something that he came up with it. =( now I find out that it was a title of a book all along.
