In all fairness, Altuve never had fundamentals.

Dezenzo should be sent down for not even attempting to run that out...he didn't swing on a pitch down the pipe and walked away like he didn't give a ****

There may never be a player more adept at getting picked off.

Maybe . I've heard the players , especially Correa.and altuve, like espada , but they probably don't love him . And Correa gone , not having a winning season ... Yeah I bet some of these guys attitude is turning a bit sour .

Granted , guys are competitors , so I don't think they are losing on purpose . It's just becoming clear that it's been the players elevating the coaching staff and not the other way around . Now that some of that playoff Teflon is wearing off I think there is less buy in .

Unless your lineup is filled with studs , you have to play smart baseball to score runs . Pena being out every other week isn't helping .

It's been one frustrating season. I keep thinking they are close to putting something together when some players start to progress then the others that were doing well regress. The only thing keeping them in it is our division sucks.

    What a pathetic team.

    I feel bad for Yordan

He has the absolute worst players in the league around him. Just a terrible roster of uninterested, loser players and a loser manager too.

I can’t put myself through it anymore.

Man, no need for trades. Just not happening for us. Man - fire Espada already

There have been enough comebacks this year to prove that wrong... but at some point, you stop potty training from exasperation after pissing the bed so much

It starts with Espada, he's a damn zombie in that dugout. He has no fire, no charisma, no smarts.

I can't believe he hasn't been canned yet, ASB was a perfect time to give Omar an audition and see if we can come out the break hot.

Instead we're going further in the wrong direction and very soon there won't be enough games left.

two days in a row, Orioles threw Sanders out there with an ERA of 8.10 and astros failed to score a SINGLE run

Espada is satisfied with their effort apparently.

Interviewer: "coming out of the break and losing 2 games..is too early to look at the standings..?"

Espada: "noo noo it's a bit too early for that...I think we've been playing really well the last 2 games..we could've won both games...I'm looking at their commitment to winning and attitude and that's what we want...if we continue to do this..things will turn around"

Espada is the cheesy youth group leader whereas Hinch was the cool college professor and Baker was the cool uncle. Only Bo Porter was worse.
