I guess bruh. Personally I dont think this is a big deal. If you clap at an athlete online they should have the right to respond and clap back. People are blowing this out of proportion as usual.
That is what John Lucas was as a player development coach, im not sure who has taken over that role since Lucas moved to the front office, but it seems like the younger guys are lost, and they need someone.
I think I said it on another thread. If it were up to me, him and momster could take their talents elsewhere. Mainly cause the character he displayed last season by intentionally giving less than 100 percent but being paid 100 percent of the agreement in his contract. He really needs to look in the mirror. For a team that needs someone to step up and bring both offense and defense, he's part of the reason we're looking for that in a player or multiple players because he is part of the lack of production. He's like a chick that screamed she had options but realized those options were never real and has to go back to the relationship she isn't happy in but has nothing else to go to.
Where was Momster in that game? Oh yeah, on that same couch he should tell his mom to STFU and live her own life and stop sucking off her son's fame. DD
The fact that Tari could sign an extension, and before it even gets executed say "I guess bruh" and then do this and his mom as well....it says so much about the lack of accountability in the Rockets organization. I remember dreading the idea of Tilman buying the team. Those fears were not unfounded.
No wonder Tari was upset with his contract. I checked Momster's social media, and in April 2025, she posted, "He’d not only start on the Warriors, but he’d be their 2nd best player. Averaging 30 minutes " Getting dumb advice will lead to dumb decisions.
It is just short sighted. It is pretty obvious that Tari lets all of this impact him way too much. He wasn't himself last year - then he signs a contract that frankly I don't think I would have given him - he quickly goes to social media and is complaining...... then his mother is constantly on social media fighting with clowns, which only causes it to fester. Maybe when the season starts he will scale it back - and I wouldn't care if he wasn't so emotional about it. The Rockets have a chance to win a lot of games - Tari has a chance to establish himself more and prove he is healthy --- should be a lot of positivity of Tari and with Tari right now --- and instead we have him moping over get 80 million, we have his mother constantly going back and forth with trolls and escalating and we have fans calling him r****ded or going at him not having a father growing up. Everyone needs to just cool it -- Tari is a real person with feelings, and his mom should really learn to deescalate and not escalate. The fans need to leave him and his mom alone.
Basically his game stagnated, yes, he had some nice stretches shooting the Corner 3 but if you work enough, most NBA players could shoot that type of 3..... Remains to be seen if he can scale up.
She is feisty and sticks up for her son, not the best way doing it publicly. But overall just entertainment stuff, she is mostly in her feelings.
Calling him an emotional lesbian and making fun of his attitude is one thing but if people are saying that kind of crap that is wild.
What? The fans need to do what? That isn't how fans work, and you know it. They need to modify their behavior - not the fans, they aren't ever going to do that.....that ship sailed. Either he learns to ignore it, or his career will fall short of what it could be, this is 100% on him, having expectations that fans are gonna do the mature thing is frankly hilarious.....Some fans are just assholes.....it is like telling MAGA not to be racist or support a Pedophile - they aren't gonna listen.
