Yeah. What were the chances of Afghanistan and Vietnam holding out? The numbers don't really tell the story when the people defending their country have nowhere to go.
I would take 100K soldiers defending their home over 300K soldier that don't want to be there. Now that Ukraine can make their own drones, it can hold out forever. Especially knowing that they have held out this long against the best Russia could muster. Russia is a shell of what they were at the beginning of the war, and Ukraine has more capabilities now than ever.
In Crimea, Russia has cut off ALL fuel sales to anybody who isn't in the military. No rationing. No limited sales. No fuel sales to civilians at all. And there is no timeline to start reselling. No fuel sales to civilians at all until "further notice". Crimea is cooked for Russia. And the Ukranians are still tightening the noose. Next up, no fresh food, no clean water. Russians should head back to Mother Russia while they are still able.
You hope for this, but any sources? I still tend to disbelieve the mainstream sources that have been wrong on all our supported wars since at least the First Iraq War
