So let’s say these “tens of thousands” of ballots were returned to Pratt voters. Well according to the instructions they have until June 24th to return their ballots. This is all in line with California election law.

That would give Spencer Pratt a fighting chance. Only the press has called the election, but election officials are still working hard to verify signatures and count and certify every single vote.

The officials must verify their count by June 15th, and then voters who received these notices would need to reply by June 24th, so that the final count is turned in within 30 days of Election Day.
