    I can’t believe I woke up to a Knicks W. Thought they were cooked last night.

    Here’s always the thought that goes through my head with the current Knicks- Dallas had JB and let him walk. Imagine JB and Luca together for their entire careers. SMH

    You have to keep in mind who those guys were: Duncan is the greatest PF of all time and both Parker and Ginobili had pro experience before coming to the NBA.

    Fox, by comparison, played for the Kings.

    I almost turned it off but kept it on as background noise until the 3rd. What a comeback...much respect to the Knicks pulling this rabbit out of the hat.

    I should go to NYC for game 5 just to watch it burn.

    Light a New Yorker a fire, and they will be warm for the night.
    The Knicks win an NBA Championship, and they will be warm for the rest of their lives.

    Some thoughts after that game:

    I swear, I hate Wemby and the Spurs more for making me root for the Knicks. Ugh. It's approaching Utah level for me.

    Wemby is a prickly punk, but he is following in Duncan's footsteps by missing critical free throws in a Finals game. No Robert Horry on that team though.

    And as others have said, the allure of Fox was tempting, but I'm glad we didn't get him.

    Did I mention Wemby is a prickly punk?

    How is the team with the PG sized PG beating the team with the highly athletic SF sized PG who can't shoot?

    I was told all season long that was impossible.

    Reminded me most of the Atlanta Falcons being up 28-3 mid-3rd quarter in that Super Bowl vs. the Patriots. San Antonio and Atlanta had similar collapses. I guess Brunson was Brady and OG was Edelman.

    An Eastern Conference team has won every championship in years ending in 6. Philadelphia Warriors won in 56... Celtics won 66, 76, and 86... Bulls won in 96... Heat won in 06... Cavaliers won in 16... and now Knicks win in 26. :eek:
