    Rest in Peace Hall of Famer. Outstanding coach who was beloved by his players. Great man. My condolences and prayers to the Adelman family.

    He was the best pure coach the rockets had in my 30 yrs as a rockets fan. Not taking anything away from Rudy, but Adelman didn't have Dream. Supposedly a great person as well. RIP.

    RIP Coach Adelman...

    Will always remember that feeling of the 22 game win streak and that Lakers series with Yao and Artest (should've been our year!)

    The 02 western conference finals is the only time in my life where I legitimately felt the powers that be were simply not gonna let a team win. If I were a Kings fan I might have quit the sport altogether.

    Oh man, that SUCKS!! I always loved Adelman, even when he coached Sacramento. Was so excited when we were able to get him here. Same story with D'Antoni. Those guys always had that sort of too good to ever coach the Rockets feel to me, like Phil Jackson.

    RIP Coach Adelman!! Youe were awesome!

    Wish he won a ring... preferably when he was with us, but injuries derailed us. Got close with Portland, but not playing Drazen is probably prevented him from winning one there. And Donaghy kept him winning one in Sacramento.
