From eye test I thought he was much bigger but when I looked up the actual measurements it didn't say there was a big difference. That's what my original post was supposed to be before I looked it up. But still the mechanics of their little 10 foot shots are completely different and explains why Jokic's are automatic and Senguns are so erratic. He'd have an extra 5 PPG if he just figured out how to make those shots go downward.

Remember when Jabari was supposed to be shooting it like Klay just for him to be an average at best shooter in the NBA?

2 or 3 years from now Sengun will be on a different team. By then I suspect he'll be a league average 3pt shooter. He'll also probably be playing PF with an actual PG, wings who can actually shoot, a center who can protect the rim, and a coach who understands offense... you know, a normal NBA team. He'll once again be an all-star and we'll be hitting the reset button.

Most teams would be figuring out how to better utilize their 2-time all-star who is only 23 and locked in long-term on an affordable deal. But instead we'll keep investing a creaky veterans, wings who can't shoot, and a coach whose playbook fits on a cocktail napkin.

I’m not sure why we are comparing Sengun to one of the best basketball players of our generation, but …I guess copium?
