Unlike what was originally reported, it now appears there was a restructure involved in the salary increase.
I may be caught up in a difference in semantics. I consider a restructure as a means of lowering the existing current year's cap hit whereas an adjustment just means a change in the contract. Usually this involves future void years, but different from an extension which extends the FA length. So right or wrong, my comment was about reducing the 2026 cap hit.
