What other kind of adjustment is there? You can’t add without subtracting, unless I’m missing something. I also get the feeling there are a lot of players that have been added in-season the last few years that have been impactful.

I am going to look through our transactions under BDN when I get home... I def do NOT remember adding impactful players during the season

Adjustments like finding a RB if Mixon is out.... IOL depth... knowing members of OL cannot do what your coaches want so replacing them before the season.

He added DT Jones off of the scrap heap and Jones played well enough for Ryans/Caserio not only to re-sign him, but to let Settle walk. I hope they add a talented young DT in the draft. It doesn't have to be in the 1st rd.

He's correct. Talent wise Texans roster has to be top 2 or 3.

Nick is the best GM in the current Houston sports landscape.

That is true. Hopefully the team can do something.

It's funny as much as we've b_tched about Nick, the Texans are the one team in our city that can compete for a championship next season. I hope CJ bounces back and the injury bug goes to another area of the country. I need a Super Bowl victory before I go to the next life.

I'm kinda hoping for a GM like Luhnow that had actually built a dynasty team in Houston. So I hope Caserio can become the 2nd best Houston sport team GM ever.

I believe there is about a 1% chance the Texans go undefeated through the Superbowl. And this is actually a better chance than most seasons for even the highest rated team because of how rare that Miami season was. Now with expanded seasons and playoffs, it's even more difficult.

But this has the potential of being a generational defense and a surprisingly great offense.

I am not a huge Caserio fan. He completely missed on rebuilding the offensive line for two straight seasons. Not crazy about his choices for offensive coordinator. Our play calling is still subpar. Coaching could improve. No doubt, he has made some good choices especially on defense, but offense has been a mixed bag.

Caserio has built a championship level team. They can beat any team in the NFL. It comes down to QB play if they will actually win a championship.

QB is part of that team he built. If the weakness is at QB, then he needs to improve it.

When it comes to the QB position Caserio/Meco will be doing what Hannah tells them to do and there in lies the rub.
