I didnt realize James is going to be 37 next season. Physically, he looked like he was in really good shape this year. Slimmer than hes been in a while. But he doesnt have the first step he used to and his defense is maybe worse than its ever been and thats saying something. He still had a really good overall year by most players standards. But the playoffs made him looked cooked. I wonder if he picks up his partially guaranteed player option and if not, what the market looks like for him.
He is such a self absorbed narcissistic sob.... Low key blaming 'the system that was already in place' rather than his inability to hit a shot... idk how people cant see this piece of chit for who he is...
Harden is WASHED......as a main player, no way we bring that lethargic has been to spill his cancerous attitude here. DD
Harden needs Lebron that is why he sounds so confident at the press conference. When Lebron rejects Cabs, that would be career ending.
Pass Only way is if Harden takes the vet minimum and is willing to come off the bench ...maybe. But only maybe. At best, JH is fool's gold and steels minutes from other players who can actually produce when needed. At worst, JH is a cancer and destroys teams in his wake.
Yes, he can be worse than Holiday. See my 2nd point "At worst, JH is a cancer and destroys teams in his wake" If JH agrees to long stretches of DNPs and if he does get some PT, he may get benched at a moment's notice ...without complaint ...then he is he better than Holiday. But I can't imagine James "I am the system" Harden would agree to that.
Depends how you look at it. If you were the people betting AGAINST him, Harden's clutch AF. Regardless of the franchise, he's vanishing once the real ball starts.
He's genuinely my second favourite player ever after Dream for his time here, but I can't even hate on y'all who feel that way. Especially now we've seen the tank didn't get us another Harden tier star, I do wonder what we might've done on a rebuild around him if he'd just told us he didn't have to have the ball 24/7 and was going to turn into a star-coaching, pass-first team mate we might not have actually had it as bad if you think about most of the rest of that playing out. Jalen pick likely falls out of the top whatever the protection was and goes to OKC. Oladipo, Wall, Wood etc get moved on, KPJ plays behind Harden off the bench but we'll assume because Harden's no culture guy, KPJ's probably an ass either way. Do we still get Sengun? Why not, 16th or whatever the **** he was aint crazy and we traded for him anyway? Let's assume we probably don't get Jabari or Amen but get players in the mid-late lottery those years instead? Some decent players there. I'm just saying, I don't think he did us any favours at all and mostly ****ed us on the way out, so I'm a fan, but I get it completely.
Harden is smart. He knows that using Houston as a potential landing spot is good leverage for him to get paid.
