Phew! Never easy with Abreu. Usually when pitcher loses 2mph it's alarm bells all around and it's talked with media too. Team is saying it's just lower part not in sync with pitch motion. I would like to hear he is throwing 97-99mph in bullpens or ask what are we doing. Pitcher with 2 pitches, 94mph FB and not much control is not much of thing team can rely on. Maybe some vacay down somewhere in the other Abreu style to practise stuff might do good for him and the team. Could send Bagwell again too so he is not whispering to Crane come deadline.
