Why did Amazon do away with the ability to archive orders? Now any time you buy a gift for your wife (Mother's Day, birthday, Christmas, etc.) there is it right in your order history for her to see without the ability to hide it.

I used to be able to get away with telling her I searched 3 different stores for this until I found just the right one. Now she knows all I did was click add to cart and submit order.

Plus she can see what I've been searching for even if I delete my search history, thanks to that "pick up where you left off" section on the front page.

Not sure if this counts, but I ride my mountain bike about 50 miles a week in full hoodie with the hood up, compression pants, etc, even when it’s 100+ in the middle of July. but it’s purposefully to sweat as much as possible and it also has the added benefit of protecting from the sun.

I do occasionally get weird looks. Mostly from out of shape people as they pull into the McDonalds drive through.

Sorry about that but you should have followed the road signs and not proceeded to cut me off this morning.

I'm sure you have another email. Open a new Amazon account...

Are you cutting weight or is it some sort of hot yoga type thing? Tell me about the sweat, Keith.

Not cutting weight. It just doesn’t feel like a real workout to me unless im really sweating. Plus I like training my body in extreme heat and cold, the mental payoff is nice. Every time I’m on the bike I see about 20 children on e scooters and stuff, what has society come to.

This doesn’t really “annoy” me. I just don’t understand it. At Starbucks in the drive thru, I tell them it’s an online order and they say “let me see if that’s ready, pause pause pause, okay you can pull forward.” If it wasn’t ready, would you have told me to wait there until it was? Or would you still have told me to pull forward? :/

People who work in fast food rarely have critical thinking skills. They’re processing one line of continuous thought and you’re privy to their outer monologue.

They have you pull forward to get you off the pick up pad. Most stores and bonuses are based on fulfillment times. It's gaming the system like employees getting all of their friends to fill out satisfaction surveys to get to the bonus benchmark

What do you mean? How does keeping me at the intercom for 5-20 seconds game the system?

The pharmacy drive thru is the worst. I always prepay mine so I can give them a number, they hand it to me and I'm gone in less than a minute. But you have to wait for the people who have all kinds of questions and want to speak to the pharmacist, etc. If you have to consult with the pharmacist....GO INSIDE. Leave the drive thru for the prepay folks.

This weekend, I pulled up and said "I have a prepay" and the lady said "oh thank GOD..." I don't think she knew her mic was still on.

I almost always go inside because the pharmacy drive-through is the worst. We don't want your people with questions clogging up the inside.

Glancing at the weekly test alarm blaring on the TV in the break room to make sure it was just a test.

I will say that occasionally, if it's a new prescription, they will say "hold on the pharmacist wants to speak with you." Then the pharmacist comes to the window and basically reads the instructions on the bottle word-for-word.

I'm always polite, but inside I'm thinking to myself "did I really just have to wait 2 minutes for someone to come read the instructions to me? I can read, thank you."
