That's even with cheap AI. :)

But what Trump did in China is even worse than a bow. Remember that China is our #1 political rival, #1 economic rival, and #1 source of cyber threats. That doesn't mean we are at war with China, but they certainly aren't a friend.

So, as he did with Putin, when asked what they discussed regarding cyber threats, his answer was that we talked about the cyber attacks we did to China. They spy, we spy, he added. He also downplayed whether there is even a threat to begin with. Yes, it's incomprehensible to hold both positions simultaneously, but this is Trump.

Who knows what Xi said to him in private, probably praised him to the heavens, but whatever it was, Trump's behavior afterward was worse than bowing to the man.

the whole thing was of course, corrupt to the core

    Trump vs IRS Wiki:

In March, it was reported that Justice Department officials were having difficulty deciding how to respond to the suit, given that any lawyer assigned to the case would have a conflict of interest working under the president. Also, any defense of the case could contradict Donald Trump's Executive Order 14215, which prohibits any executive branch agency from presenting a legal interpretation if it conflicts with the president’s interpretation of the law

The attorneys wrote there is “reason to believe that the president is, in fact, exercising his control over the defendants in this litigation”

The IRS's office of chief counsel, which advises the DOJ on legal matters on tax matters federal court, sent a internal memo in April outlining several defenses they believed the DOJ should present in court, including their belief that Trump filed his lawsuit too late, and that the IRS could not be held responsible for the leak, which was done by an outside contractor. None of these defenses were raised because the Justice Department never appeared in court to respond to the suit.

Williams dismissed the case that same day, noting that any agreement Trump reached with the government was not a formal settlement.[25] Her dismissal called out the DOJ for not sharing the details with the court, writing "Defendants—federal agencies represented by the Department of Justice, which has an independent obligation to uphold the 'public's strong interest in knowing about the conduct of its Government and expenditure of its resources' and the 'fair administration of justice,' — neither submitted any settlement documents nor filed any documents ensuring that settlement was appropriate where there was an outstanding question as to whether an actual case or controversy existed."

You might do it because, you have shown zero ability to find valid sources and, instead, post tweet after brainless tweet. They are often by people known to be funded by Russian propaganda entities. They are often debunked and you keep posting them again and again.

It makes total sense that you would click on all kinds of links.

When you can lie this blatantly with ZERO consequences as the 2nd highest elected official in the country.....it's over.

Because if you can lie about such an obvious thing, then imagine the rest.

Trump phone is years-old knockoff with wrong number of stripes on U.S. flag logo

Imagined as an original made-in-America smartphone, but realized as a made-elsewhere knockoff, the $500 Trump Phone is finally here. It's an Alibaba-tier knockoff of the years-old HTC U24 Pro and has an American flag with the wrong number of stripes on it.

Nine months after their delivery was originally promised, Trump Mobile this week sent T1 phones to members of the media and said it was mailing out units to customers who placed pre-orders. NBC News received one of the first review units and tested the device, which is no longer being marketed as "Made in the USA" — a claim used when the phone was first announced.

"Coming from a man who famously wrote a book titled The Art of the Deal, it sure seems like a bad one," writes Tech Advisor's Jon Mundy, though it might be pointed out that Trump did not write The Art of the Deal.

Few two-year-old phones seem all that great when we compare them with what's available today. However, it's instructive to note that we weren't massively impressed with the HTC U24 Pro at the time of its launch.

In his 2.5 stars out of 5 review (a big old ouch in itself), TA contributor Martyn Casserly found the phone to be "hard to recommend" over its mid-range rivals.

Other commentators report that the T-Mobile REVVL 7 Pro 5G is another variant of the same hardware design. Walmart has them for a little over $100.

Even if you're all aboard the Trump train, there's no reason to get this crapgadget over a Google Pixel 10a, which is the same price but doesn't come with Truth Social pre-installed. You can even put a made-in-America sticker of the real American flag on it.

Hard to see any of country wanting to make a deal with Trump, since that deal would be one truth social away from being cancelled.

America’s closest allies see 'no point' in negotiating with Trump

During his second presidency, Donald Trump's foreign and economic policies have been a frequent source of frustration not only for Democrats and Never Trump conservatives, but also, for leaders of democratic countries that have long enjoyed a close relationship with the United States — from Canada to the European Union (EU). And according to journalist Matt Gurney in the conservative website The Bulwark, many democratic leaders see no "real value" in negotiating with Trump.

"As Donald Trump lurches from one erratic foreign policy decision to another," Gurney explains in his Bulwark article, "America's traditional allies and partners wonder if the United States possesses anything resembling a coherent strategy for its dealings with other countries. While Americans wrestle with Trump's impulsive decision-making at home, democratic leaders around the world are attempting to guess what Trump and Trumpism mean for the U.S.-led international order. And they are starting to plan for a world without it. From here out, any U.S. ally or partner has a strong interest in trying to get as little done with the United States as possible until Trump is gone — or, at the very least, constrained by a Democratic Congress."
