Not picking on you, but one of my least favorite obsessions in Rockets fandom is Kel'el Ware.

The guy has never played hard, been a positive defender, or processed the game adequately at any level.

There's a reason a 7'1 athlete who can hit 3's went 15th in a weak draft, and why Spoelstra doesn't like him, and why the Heat (a mediocre team) were way better when Ware was off the floor. IMO he wouldn't play one minute for either of these teams in this series.

I would LOVE that Miami trade but Miami is a tough trade partner, I don't think that will work but from what Im hearing and reading Spoelstra loves older players.

Ive heard that a lot about Ware's characteristics but I think most of that is due to him not being a good mix next to Bam Adebyo. If you notice, they dont play them together, which is a huge problem and why I think he can be had.

I'd rather take a chance with Ware, than keep going down the same road with Sengun at center.

We routinely put out 3 players over 6'10" so I don't know what you are smoking.....

This dude’s only agenda is getting Sengun out the team cause his golden boy is no longer here. That’s why he keeps spouting loser takes, his motivation isn’t to make the team better or win a ring. He just wants some sort of validation for the bad takes he put out there over the years.

Obviously, you missed pages 1-3 and jumped immediately to page 4. We need bigs that can SHOOT! I illustrated that several times. Sengun does not fit that profile.

But you’re missing the point, atleast those teams have HOPE they can find a generational player in the draft or somehow nab a star player in a trade.

We are at the peak of our rebuild of what they would do with Sengun , amen, Bari , Reed and even getting KD

We literally have done everything your supposed to do:
    Get the “championship coach”
    Draft your foundational players
    Secure your future draft picks
    Get your star vet player

And we have arguably failed at every bullet point once you look at this season

    Ime not getting fired
    Stone not getting fired
They aren’t making any big moves

There’s literally nothing to look forward too for the Rockets.

The other teams can atleast be delusional with the unknown.

We know EXACTLY what we have and it’s shitty.

Do we really look an organization that can afford to take a chance on players?
We are horrible at player development and taking a chance on players is why we have so many flawed players now

We're unlucky because we're in the same conference as the Spurs and the Thunder and no matter who you draft, they'll still have the better 1A players Wemby and SGA and they'll still be significantly better than whoever you draft. Not just the 1As either their entire rosters will be significantly better than ours. Wemby–Castle–Harper and SGA–JDub–Chet will be better than whoever you get by trading Sengun, Amen and Reed.

So gutting the roster and hoping to land the next Lebron to match their quality and save a failed rebuild would be r****ded. What we should do instead is maximize the output of our best players and we do that by first replacing Udoka, then the lawyer and finally getting some shooters and ball handlers.

I just don't think we can stand pat, not with this current group. Our guards and our center are too small

I don't believe in standing pat. Morey didn't stand pat when he traded for Harden. If you standing pat, you're not trying to get better

Maybe make your OP about shooting big men instead of covering your ass after the fact.....

I want us to get shooters without trading our best players. That's not standing pat.

So ethically take him out. Have a feeling that Lou dirt is up for the task.
