Wemby is a lot like Lebron he is a good teammate and not trashing his own guys unlike MJ, Kobe and KD. MJ and Kobe would be hated in todays age with social media coverage just like KD since both these guys are arrogant dickheads and horrible teammates. MJ would bully and humiliate his own teammates and tell the staff not to feed the players who played bad. Kobe didnt even talk to the role players on his team, straight up told Jeremy Lin not to talk to him.

Its so funny to see the same people blaming KD for trash talking his teammates and at the same time praising MJ and Kobe when these three people have the same bad attitude towards others.

 

You are being too reductive, and dont ever put KD and LeBron in the same sentence with those 2 again. LeBron and KD are both more talented and physically gifted players than Mike and Bean, but they both have 1/10th of the basketball integrity and grit. People love winners and passion, and dont care how the sausage is made. People dont like KD because he is a bus rider , 2 faced, and took the easy way out. Kobe and Mike would have told Jabari and Sengun to their face that they trash, not go behind their back in group chats with random. Can you imagine Jordan trying to join the Pistons or Celtics right after he lost to them? Do you think Kobe would have plotted with TMac and Garnett to form a super team and did a whole television show to announce it? People dont like divas and front runners, they can accept a a$$hole who wins (Tom Brady) , but you cant be a snake or an attention wh$re frontrunner

 

When the guy is playing that hard and pulling up from 3 in overtime to tie the game, how can he not become the face of the league?

The Spurs' roster, without Wemby, would be a playoff contender for years to come because they have the length and quickness to disrupt OKC. Their true PG and fastest guy (Fox) didn't even play. But when you put Wemby behind those guys? OKC will have to play fantastically just to keep up.

Once Wemby solves all the Caruso and Dort veteran hand-jockeying antics, the Thunder will get pretty quiet.

 

Wemby is very good but he is also being manufactured. His whole persona is fake as hell and the fact that some people fall for it is so weird to me. He's more Lebron than Kobe/MJ/Iverson.
