Ive said it before and I will continue to say it....SIZE MATTERS!

The Spurs are showing it. If you takeout Wemby, they are still tall. Long in the paint and on the wings; Castle, Vessell, Champane, on and on.

Until Stone can separate himself from the FVV, Reed Sheppards and Senguns we are going to continue to be Round 1 and OUT!

This franchise is cooked for the next decade.

Our absolute ceiling with this core is just a 2nd round exit.

I agree. So let’s get on with getting on. Trade whatever you can to move into this draft. There’s no Harden trade coming to rescue us. Play as many tickets as you have and hope you get lucky. What we have won’t get it done.

I can’t even begin to imagine the Rockets playing in a game as high level and as intense as that OKC-Spurs game 1

all our guys would fold and get exposed badly

we’re so far away from being taken seriously it’s not even funny

Dallas has hope. The lakers have hope. The wolves have hope. OkC and SA have everything. Utah has hope. The rockets have no hope. 6 yrs rebuilding and no hope.

Yeah because the problem with the Rockets this season was that they didn't have enough guys who are tall and have long arms. Give me a break, dude.

that doesn’t excuse the fact that all those western conference teams I mentioned have a brighter future than ours despite rebuilding for 6 yrs.

Nailed it. So why hold on to it? Turn it all over for draft picks. I can live with that if there’s a plan, but marching back in to pretend you can compete with this is just stupid. Our roster is woefully deficient against the Luka-less Lakers. We don’t belong on the court with either of these teams in the playoffs.

the thing for me is if we were gonna do that, there would need to be a complete overhaul of the entire organization

Stone tanked for years, and this was the best he could come up with…I don’t trust him for another tear down and rebuild

I feel like they’re just gonna continue treading water and hoping a franchise player/superstar magically falls into their lap or try and make a desperate play for Giannis or Jaylen Brown

He doesn’t have a vision. I’ve been saying since Sengun’s first year that he can’t be our no.1 guy and I was damn right.

Can’t wait for the “just wait for Jalen” and “amen is a superstar waiting ro happen” gangs to show up.
We have no franchise player. We are boat without an anchor and the seas are insanely rough. We need an anchor.

**** I just realized this is gonna make stone go balls out for Giannis and I don’t want that.

Our only shot is to find a franchise player in this draft.

Well said and I agree. Instead of doing what I hope they’d do, this is gonna end up flailing in desperation to stay relevant and sell tickets. Honestly the more I think about it, I’d be surprised if that isn’t where we land.

C'mon man.... he has other skills, but height, length and athleticism are not it.

For a C: Short, poor wingspan, unathletic.
None of that is unfair, and it didn't stop him being a 2x all-star

Don't worry FVV and Steven Adams are here to save the team. Said no one ever.

    Skill matters as well

We don’t have enough of that

    “Shooters” who can’t shoot

Our best big can’t score down low in an efficient manner

    Coaches who can’t adjust
