That didn't answer my question, despite everything you said...(lets say its true) Sheppard averaged 15ppg with those qualifiers and an LA fitness level development squad and offensive scheme. Nobody is saying he is better than castle or a better defender. But to say you used a hyperbole is putting it very mildly.

The point is that this front office would have found some way to turn Castle into a poor man's amen thompson. Castle did not come into the NBA this way, this was rigorous and meticulous development in a disciplined offense. If you think the Rockets should have drafted Castle and he would have been the product he is on the floor I would say the last 7 rockets picks and the last 7 spurs picks tell the opposite story.

I think we can admit that Castle will be a better player and still be objective here. The spurs are just good at this stuff man
