There's LOTS of different types of lawyers. Stone doesn't appear like a solicitor or barrister, he seems much more like a contract lawyer in a corporate legal department than anything else. It's like "basketball player" covers everything from Usman Garuba (Stone equivalent) all the way through to your MJ's and Kareems (Johnny Cochran tier.)
Transaction lawyer vibes. The court room ones are the ones, who have to do public speaking. There are classes execs (really anyone) can take if they choose to get better. Toastmaster club comes to mind. It's like any skill, anyone can improve if they choose to improve in the off-season. It's a matter of willing.
Redundancy of strength is a great luxury. Redundancy of weakness is a glaring hole. If your redundancy of strength results in redundancy of weakness, then it's a bad thing. Our roster looks like that.
