I can be upset at reed when I see things like this

Confused as to why we are continuing to show certain stats to put our rookie (basically) point guard down. Aren’t we supposed to want the best for him?

I feel like there are posters that would rather this team fail, just so they can prove their point right. That’s just wild to me. I have strong doubts about Sengun, but you better believe I’d love to be wrong and him turn things around and just dominate.

I want Reed to succeed, but to continue to say that he is the better pick over Castle is what pisses me off.

Fans can’t continue to let our organization think that they didn’t **** up this pick. As I’ve been saying, our team scouts should be fired for this. Every single one of them.

 

You're completely welcome to hate Reed, no need to lie. You're not required to like a player just because he's a rocket. I despised Brooks, you despise Reed. It's totally fine.

 

I wanted castle, mostly because I didn’t see any upside potential in Sheppard.

This is worse than drafting green over Mobley.

 

Maybe Castle is better than Reed. It happens. Steph Curry was picked after Tyreke Evans, Ricky Rubio, and Jonny Flynn.

That being said, I think Ime has been the wrong coach for Reed and this has been a bad situation for him overall. Reed's value is mostly wrapped up in his offense, and Ime cannot coach offense.

I'm very interested in seeing who the Rockets bring in to run the offense and how Reed responds.

 

Not a rookie. A second year player who was terrible in the playoffs and inconsistent all year deserves criticism and further analysis. If there was a draft Stone messed up in, it was 2024. Sheppard is clearly the inferior player

 

I suppose his poor shooting of wide open threes is a result of coaching
